My opinion:
You see, demand for birdnest in China is always high. Birdnest is a need among the chinese. It represent status, luxury and healthly food.
If this ban happens too long, over demand of birdnest will occur. Then import ban will be lifted. And those who held on to the birdnest at low price will benefit from the rise.
Investment opportunity:
Store Birdnest at low price. Any price below RM1000 per kilo.
Take good care of it. Don't let it spoilt.
Sell it when price rise.
